Dear Sir,
I get cooking gas from Indane through Vishwambara Enterprises, Assaye road, Bangalore. The service however is poor and erratic. They staff even refuse to book cylinders only to divert them to the black market at double rates. What is even more disturbing is the fact that the employees behave rudely and have no courtesy at all.
The phone lines too are busy most of the time or off the hook.
The agency is acting irresponsibly and is acting in connivance with the local businesses. Please help.
