Taking more money than printed MRPs

Sir,

i want your attention towards wardha, near nagpur, maharashtra. Here, all the shop-keepers are taking the rate of an cold drink bottles more than its printed MRPs. Whatever it may be either glass bottles or canns, they used to charge more than Rs.5/-. i think will look at this problem, will sort out it. thank you.
