Charging more than M.R.P

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice that a few shops charge us, the customers, more than the M.R.P for certain products. Is it not wrong to do so.

I noticed the same while purchasing coca cola products.

Why should the customer pay more for items on which the M.R.P has been fixed.

so thats why they are charging more whereas some say the cool drink/water is being charged more than M.R.P. as its been kept in the refrigerator by them. They are charging 11 Rs when M.R.P is 9 Rs. 25 Rs while mpr is 23 M.R.P

There are some shops I have come across doing this at CBD Belapur near belapur gaon sector 20 area. The same practice must be prevelent elsewhere too.

I believe you will please look into the matter and do justice to the customer. And please do the needful to stop these practices. Iam ready to proove this any time. I stay near by this area only.
