Have been approaching "Amul" regarding clarification on Rs.1/- additional charges by retailers on every pack stating that this is freezing charges and is not included in MRP. Have sent many reminders to them but no response yet.
It is realy sad to see this such a trusted brand are not responding to consumers concern.
