My name is Geeta Agarwal and i reside in Vasai. Few days back, i went to one of the shops in our complex to buy packet milk. when i asked for the price of amul milk, the shopkeeper told me that it costs 36rs per litre, whereas on the half litre pack the price was written as 17rs, which makes 34rs per litre.i was shocked to know that he was charging rs 2 extra and on being asked the reason for the extra charge, the answer i got was ' this milk is expensive'. but when i argued with the guy that he cannot charge anything more than the actual mrp, he still stuck to the same reply. i request to the consumer forum to please look into this matter. as it is all things have already become so expensive, but since people have to survive, we are still living an expensive life with no proper income.
