Sir, the shopkeeper is asserting that the cost of half kg milk is 15/- when the mrp is 14.50/- and when we asked to return money, he denied.we asked to give toffee instead of money, he strongly rejected and said that the cost is 15/-he even used to lie that every shopout here is charging 15/- which is not the case..the shopkeeper has been doing this since long, but this time it was outrageous and he, along with his wife even abused us . so we thought of complaining. please do pay heed to our concern and take necessary action as soon as possible.please dont dissapoint us.
