All distributors in Samalkha are selling Amul Milk to customer at a higher rate of Rs 2 than its MRP which is illegal as per Sales of Product Act. So i cant Understand why the Marketing & distribution department of Amul Milk are not taking action for the same. MRP is the maximum Rate beyond which no company is bound to sale its product to its customer. Unnecessary all the consumers are suffering for the same. Amul is a brand company in our India and it is not able to take action to its distributors for selling its product higher than its MRP, Amul co is silent for it??? It is Illegal.
So I request you to take a strong Action against the said distributors as i had bought the milk yesterday and the shopkeeper told that everyone is doing it.
