Amul Pure Ghee
Vanspati ghee oil mixed in pure ghee

I bought an amul ghee 1 Kg container from a dealer of Amul in Indore, half of the container had liquid ghee, and remainig had solid lumps of dalda (vansapati ghee) mixed in it.

at a particular room temperature how ghee can be in both the forms, liquid as well as solid?
