We have been buying Amul Taza for past three years. I have raised two complaints on Amul's website in regards to spoilt milk being delivered. When we approach the shopkeeper he insists that he cannot do anything about the issue. When I raise a complaint on the website, there is no response from the company. Recently my three years old daughter fell sick after drinking milk. Later on we realized that the milk was "soapy".
Request someone to take action or guide me for further course.
