Product Defect

Hi, I bought a bed and a sofa set from big bazaar last september. Within a few months the bed and the sofa's cushions have been depleted. I have raised mutliple complaints by visiting the shop from where I bought these. I was even asked to email a photograph of the problem and the resposne was that the photos are not showing the problem. I'm not sure how to take this fwd and advice would be helpful.
