I booked a (WR2D CAMPUS PB LC GD W/MIRROR WLNT) double door wardrobe with mirror on 26th JANUARY from BIG BAZAR (Future Value Retail Ltd.), SILIGURI, Cosmos Mall, 2nd Mile, Sevoke Road, Opp. State Electricity Office, Siliguri-734401 for Rs.5899.00.My cash memo is T11/400 on 26/01.

My address is 11/1, Sreema Sarani, Near Sreema Bhawan, Haiderpara, Siliguri-734006.Till now I haven't received this wardrobe although they assured me it will reach within 10-15 days from booking date. Please help me out.
