I had booked an order on 21/12/09 from big bazzar RANCHI product was (wardrobe), the order number is 3131, after regular follow up that order was delivered on 26th night. then again i called up for the service. as on the receipt given by them is written that "within 48 hours fittment will happen" but nothing happened. i had called them many times but they only told that today they will send the person for fitting but no one came. i called them again, they again told that today they will attend but no one came. 48 hrs had already been passed but no one came. today at 7.00 pm when again i called them up for 5 times the phone ranged but no one picked up the phone. for this thing only i have resheduled my work from last two days. i dont know when they will come or they will come or not.
i am very MUCH dissatisfied with their service, further i will try not to purchase any product from big bazzar.
