I has booked my household articles on 19.12.2009 to be shifted from Delhi to Marthandam in TN through Central Cargo Packers and Movers as they are an ISO Certified company. While booking the consignment I had clarified and verified with their executive Rahul Chauhan and Anil Sharma that I hope my paying a post dated local cheque dated 29.12.2009 would in no way cause a delay in delivering the goods by the proposed time, i.e. 03.01.2010; to which Rahul Chauhan had said that was not a problem. Since I was going to live in Chennai, accordingly I had made arrangments for someone to be present at Marthandam by 03.01.2010 so that the goods can be received. Inspite of timely follow-ups and coordination, I was never given proper feedbacks, and my missed calls were never returned. After being literally fed-up with Rahul and his lies, I had called up Anil Sharma to received even a bigger surprise. This man was not behaving irresponsibly but was very rude and had crossed all ethics and levels of good behaviour or that of a good conversation, he just does not know how to talk without being abusive, that too with a lady. And the way he spoke as though he was doing a favour by delivering the articles to me. When I tried to make him understand that Rahul has been lying and has not been giving me correct status of my articles, he said that was not his botheration and that the goods had moved out of Delhi only after 29.12.2009 and the cheque got cleared. I repeated went on urging and reminding that it was both Rahul and his commitment that my articles would reach Marthandam by 03.01. to which they both outrightly lied and that too while being on a conference call. Both were trying to cover-up each other and and at last had hung up without giving me any proper status of my goods. I am still waiting for my articles to be delivered. I sincerely feel that the ISO Certification of this company should be revoked and this company should be black-listed.
