Ean bag not received even after two weeks of payment

Hello this is dinesh from coimbatore.i bought a bean bag from cool bean bags vishrantwadi online.i paid rs 2115 to their hdfc bank there on april 30 but it has been two weeks and there has been no response from them.when contacted they give me some duplicate courier id.pls take necessary action against the cool bean bags vishrantwadi.
