I had purchased a SB Orion Bed Dark Brown from Furniture Bazaar which is housed in Maxus Mall in Bhayandar on 20th of June which is only 2 months old. Although it is endorsed on the invoice that delivery is next day. It arrived only after 10 days due to stock out at their Bhiwandi godown and secondly they found an excuse that due to heavy rains the tampo cannot be released. On Sunday night ie. 9th of August at around 2:45 am almost past midnight to my dismay I thought it was an earthquake but my bed slit opened and I had a fall. I have injured my shoulder for which I have to do hot water fermentation daily and swallow pain killers everyday. I have logged a complaint several times to either get it done or replace the bed for which I keep getting excuses every every day. On Sunday 29th August I also gave the ultimatum that this will not go unheard. I will see to it that my voice is being heard and other customers are not bullied in this manner. Revel, Manager His Mobile No. is 9320233490 who does not pick up my calls. He has my mobile no to which he ignores it coolly. Secondly Parwinder at the Centre who assured me not to call the Manager but follow up with him. Now he does not come to attend the phone call. He is busy in meetings all the time. Third it is Shweta, Leena and Ramesh giving me excuses over excuses that the call has been logged and will get back soon. You can calculate the days from 9th of August and tomorrow we are getting into the month of September. Such sluggish people we have to deal with. I hope the higher up get this as a WAKE UP Call
