Non receival of purchased product since last 2 months

We have purchased 4 products vide advance receipt no. 2000054451 dated 29-08-10 amounting rs 18567/-

from hometown noida, two products were delivered within a week time, two products are pending for delivery since last two months despite several reminders, the details of pending products are :

1) GnG Bevan T - RS/- 1849.00

2) Offc HT 741 - RS/- 5742.00.

Please resolve the problem as we have being feeling cheated.
