Faulty delivery of product and bad service

We had purchased a 4door wardrobe from HOUSE FULL INTERNATIONAL LTD, kalyan nagar, Bangalore. dated Sept 15 . The details in relation are as follows: HDC No-1017/1458, Booking No:1017491171, Invoice no:0101/9989.

There was a defect in the wardrobe the day it was brought, the 2 doors were chipped off paint and the door keys were not given along with the delivery and the bottom support sheets for the drawers were not stable.

The complaint was lodged with the company several times from the day it was delivered. The number of complaints have been increasing but not a single person concerned with the problem have responded till date.the company is showing least responsibility towards our grievances.there is zero service support from the company though the product is under warranty. The numbers we have contacted are 022-32665919 and spoken to Diwakar, who assured that he will press somebody to solve this issue and nobody responses if called to the local number. I will not recommend a single person to buy any stuff from your outlet. I request me to help me get what i have paid for.
