Kitchen Palaze / Modular Kitchen
Did not give original Invoice for money paid, did not complete the job fully, faults in one year when the warranty is 10 years and yet no response

I got Modular kitchen installed from Kitchen Palaze by end of 2009. The work was not completed fully, they came and rush finished the installation and took the money with the promise to send Original Invoice/cash receipt and the left out cupboard which never came despite repeated mails and calls that went unanswered, even a registered post was ignored with no action. Guys there are so ruthless they do not care about customers once they get the deal, after who is going to make a second kitchen. And being in a Metro they will continue to get more new customers.
