Please stay away from MasterKraft Chennai - Modular Kitchen company. They charge too much and promise good quality product. But they deliver very poor quality product. And their service is pathetic. They promised to use BWR (boiled water resistant) plywood, however they used only commercial plywood. They also promised 5 years warranty, however most of the items have already broken within the first year, but they are not even picking up the call. They say that we didnt use it properly due to which it got broken. They promised to use only the branded (Hettich) hinges, but used some local brand. Better stay out of this company, if you want to save your hard earned money. They also delayed too much.
Whoever we know who have done their wood work with them have had a terrible experience.
