I have bought new furniture from
Mr Akhil Gupta Aastha Furniture House Ghaziabad (91)-(120)-2776121 0120 4566318 F- 780, 3rd Flr, Plot No - 7, Sec-3 Vaishali, Ghaziabad - 201012 .
on date 24 th sep, below items
1. Double bed.with side boxes and neon lights
2.Sliding Almira
3.Sofa set.
4.dinning table.
5.center table neon lights.
initially when i placed the order said person Mr Akhil Gupta he showed me all the items displayed in the showroom description
bed with neon lights, sliding Almira, Sofa set.dinning table.center table neon lights
all the furniture got ready in his go down and the full payment done by me on the time of delivery at his showroom .when i received the furniture i saw few things not proper
sofa finishing was not done properly
neon lights was not available in bed (when i called up Mr akhil denied and said that it will cost you additional)
sliding door of Almira not working properly
cushion of sofa set not stitched properly
proper bill which was promised to me by akhil that i will revcive during the time of furnutre delivery due dewali he was very busy.
since then iam continuiosly trying to meet me akhil he is not even neeting me some lady ih his staff picks up the phone and speak rudely
i would like to lodge complain against Mr akhil and astha furniture for cheating done to me deliberately and playing with my trust which i showed on him considering him ethical young business man went by his words and gave my hard earned money unfortunately i was bluffed by the dealer and now i am daily going to his showroom nobody is entertaining me. whenever asked about mr akhil i get only one answer he us not available i am mentally disturbed due to this behavior as my hard earned money seems to gone in to some kind of day light robbery and felling cheated due to my softness and trust on the dealer. it seems that these people dint even fear god before doing fraud to common man.
