Dear Mr. Varun Gupta / Mr. Rajat,

Almost 1 month has passed since I wrote below email to you. However, none of your representatives have bothered to visit my residence and sort out the problem. What is even more surprising that immediately after writing below email, I got call from Mr. Nitesh and he assured that he/Mr. Pinaki would be visiting my residence within 1-2 days and sort out the problem within a weeks' time. When Mr. Nitesh/Mr. Pinaki didn't turn up for a week, I called Nitesh and then Pinaki; and was told they would visit soon.

That "soon" has not come yet. This speaks for your disgusting service. I firmly believe that our organization simply doesn't value any customer of yours. I have nothing more to add to this.

See if you can do something as I think it's waste of my time to beg to your representatives to visit and sort out the problems we are facing with the modular kitchen made through you.

Dear Mr. Varun Gupta / Mr. Rajat,

With deep regret, I am finally writing to you regarding all the problems I am facing ever since we ordered modular kitchen from Woodpecker. Firstly it was your sales person Mr. Nitesh (M:9748135525) whom we had placed this order (and he rooted it through M/s Narayani Appliances, Invoice Number NA/065/10-11 dated 30-Sep). Our work was much delayed and was done shabbily. Once the payment was made from our end, there was absolutely no attention given on the quality of the work.

Almost about 2 months back, I had registered complain regarding problems we were facing with the modular kitchen. However, till date there is no solution to my problems. I had visited your Park Street Office at least 3 times to get an update, but there is no progress. I have spoken to Mr. Pinaki, Mr. Somnath, Mr. Subendu but not getting any update. Every time I am told - "It will take 1-2 weeks time to complete the complain, as parts are pending".

Now this is just too much. Please answer - " Do you people only care for 100% advance payment without any concern on quality of work and after sales service? "

Below is my contact details and I will expect your phone call tomorrow for the final date for solution of my problem. Failing which, I will be forced to contact appropriate authorities for further action against your organization for this kind of service.
