Hi,

I purchased a bookshelf from Big Bazaar Kachiguda in March'13. Right from the start, the bookshelf wasn't assembled properly - the same was detected and a complain was lodged with the Big Bazaar authorities during June'13. A repair person was sent and he tweaked the shelf a bit and left saying he didn't have the necessary equipments to repair the problem. We waited for few weeks before lodging another complaint and till date no action has been taken.

The Big Bazaar people refuse to lodge complain through phone/net. It is very difficult to travel all the way to lodge the complaint. They do not respond to calls - this is just one of the harrowing experiences I have had with them.

I request the big bazaar authorities to please look into this matter, I am a senior citizen and it is not possible for me to travel so long physically, and I have been harassed a lot already.
