Fraud, Phony & Deceive Aishwarya Interiors Pvt Ltd. Interior Designer in Bellandur, Bnagalore 560103
Hi,
I would like to lodge an official consumer complaint against Aishwarya Interiors Pvt Ltd. Bangalore
OBJECTIVE: To prevent many more customers to be cheated by this fraud/phony organization, by spreading the awareness in public forum & expecting a justice in this regard.
REASON: I have paid INR 4, 24, 000.00 to Aishwarya Interiors Pvt Ltd. In favor of an interior design assignment for my new apartment located in 2nd sector, HSR layout, Bangalore, but they have not done the work based on the approved/agreed design. However they did on their own wish & they are not ready to rectify at all.
AGREEMENT: They have committed me to complete the assignment in 15 days but the condition was to pay 100% cash on advance, else they will even not be able to deliver the materials to the apartment place. Hence I have paid the amount as stated. Also they have provided me a printed copy of the design which we have agreed to implement and I do have a signed copy as well.
ISSUES: However I have noticed many changes/deviations after the wardrobes & modular kitchens were implemented. The engineering work (especially measurement, finishing etc) is absolutely worst then the C-class designers available in footpath. There are so many wastage/unusable spaces in wardrobe and many adjustments in kitchen area, due to improper engineering measurement during initial phase. And also the measure thing which I have noticed, the quality of material is very poor, which is getting defect even after 2 months. Hence I need to keep on calling them and asking for the service (worst again)
DISPUTES: There is not a single weekends which have been passed without calling this interior office and asking for the rectification & to do the proper alignment of all the wardrobe & kitchen interior doors even after just 2 months. But there is no proper response/action from their side. Finally after 3 months they started saying, the changes in design happens based on the situation which can’t be rectified at all. So there is no value of the hard earn money at end of the day. Hence I have already frustrated by this.
EXPECTATIONS: As I’m already the valid example of the victim by spending my heard earn money of INR 4, 24, 000.00 So I’m expecting the justice someday somehow, by spreading the awareness & by filing a consumer case. I do understand the difficulties behind running from pillar to post to get the justice.
