Freshers and experienced guys and girls be aware of GSS.they will ask 40 K as security deposit and finaly after 4 or 6 months they will send you out by saying you are non performer and they will not return the money, in the mean time they also wont give you salary. Many got 7, 8, 9 months salary pending. A companys improvement is based on the leader, here Mr. Gunasekaran (so called CEO) doesnt know how to handle employees and clients. Due to his nonsensible approach they lost every clients and currently no projects on hand and also he wont satisfy client requirements instead he ask client to buy whatever the project he has without accepting the client requirements..He will concentrate on his assets and a clean toilet and not on product delivery, Freshers please dont beleive them on seeing the company setup. They got all the things by employee parents money. He has thrown the employees out who has worked hard for the company improvement. Even if we are working hard for the improvement he will do some nonsensible things and finally he will spoil the things in client interaction and it will become totally waste. Client will badly scold Mr. Guna for his nonsense behaviour. He has cheated nearly 300 employees by getting security deposit, and keep them nonsalaried slaves. GOD is seeing all the things. Things will come to END oneday. Mr. Gunasekaran has to pay to GOD.Let me pray to god so that atleast here after no students is got cheated by them.
