UPGRADED SOFTWARE

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had problems in opening jpg, pdf and xlsx files on my Nokia E-7-00 handset from the date had purchased it. I had complained the matter several times to the Company and they asked me to contact their care centre. On 22/10/'11, 11/11/'11 and 20/01/'12 they upgraded software to my handset from symbian anna to symbian belle. Till date, the problem of files not opening on my handset persists. My handset is in warranty now. But, after lingering six months of time for upgrading software, I think the Company is just wasting my time and energy.

Please help me resolve my problem, as I am very much upset with the services of Nokia Company.
