Receptionists are cheating

I have paid 50, 000 rs for treatment package in Ayur care, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad. I was not given the membership card but I have the reciepts of amount paid. (They said they are having computer problems). Initially I was alloted a normal time slot. My time slot always used to get postponed for some reason or the other into some afternoon slots where it is too hot outside and not suitable for body massages. Receptionists never used to allot time slot even after remainding before hand. After few months now, when I call I am told that I'll get a call back but never.
