Drainage blockage

Hello,

I am divakar staying at Modaliyar compound, Azad nagar, Bangalore 560018.

recently BBMP has put concrete roads, but while doing so they have covered all the man holes.

now there is no access t oman holes in this road. Now due to rain drainage is blocked and is cannot be repaired without access to man holes.

please repair this as soon as possible.
