Sales of medicine without having knowledge of medicine

I am working as central govt. employees. my nearby general store having extra charges on MRP on any products which is available in market. Further he has no knowledge about the medicine and given medicine to the customers without having any lience of saleing the medicine. niether he have knowledge of medicine becuase he is only 5th standard pass. this is very curcial becuase the life of a human being is much importent then self profit. an action on this complaint may be satisfy me that indian consumer complaints fourms working properly other wise i think i am staying in that country where life of a people have no need. thanks
