BodyCare/Ansal Plaza/Sec15A

BodyCare's Divya Sood has done fraud with me despite of the fact I have 2 receipts out of three. The third one's card, was made at the center and I have already availed 2 sessions, card no is 007-beauty (MBL-FACIAL). So I thought when the card is made there is no need to retain the receipt.

Divya has refused to give me any sessions on the pretext that the cost of the 2 receipts which i retain, have gone higher and the third one will not be given as i do not have the receipt.

Money is not what i am seeking, it is the betrayal of trust and fraud demeaning our self esteem.
