Respected Sir,
On 12.02.2011 evening, I received a sms stating that BeautyTips BSNL Alerts is active from a number 51234030 and consequently Rs.30 was deducted from my account balance. I called up the customer care and they said it has been auto-activated and took my complaint and gave me a Docket No. B12WB194442 and assured me to return my balance.
But till date they have not done so. What can I do now? Please help me.
