Landline still having fault since 4 days

My landline >>04712447080 is faulty since 14th. a complaint lodged on 14th march. Complaint registered no>>L 250. till 3p.m the fault is not rectified nor informed to us. The matter has been reported to the SDE Kumarapuram at 10a.m on 17th march
