I would like to inform you all expected parents that the post service of this company is not satisfactory, and pertains to a really simple issue that Cryo Bank employees could have easily resolved. As per the contract, the sales executive mentioned that Cryo Bank will collect the blood sample at the time of delivery and they will send the sample to Lab for processing and preservation, After that they will provide a blood and tissue preservation certificate within 50 days to confirm that the sample was in order. Firstly the sample was not collected on time. And secondly we dint received the preservation certificate till now. Every time we called up with Cryo Bank customer service, we were given the same answer "We will raise this issue with the concerned person who will give you a the correct response. We are yet to receive the report even though it's been more than 3 months now. I dont know whether they have tested the sample or not.
