DANDAPANI MEDICALS
No TIN number in bill for medical shop

Dear Sir,

A Medical shop by name DHANDAPANI MEDICALS old no 3/397, New No 2/504 Medavakkam Main Road, Kovilambakkam Chennai 600 117.

When I purchased medicines for Rs3000. They refused to give a bill. Again when I insisted they gave a bill which doesnot have TIN number.

Also people who work there are not professonals and plenty of times wrong medicines are issued.

I request the higher officials to seriously check this medical shop escaping from government tax and also for not issuing TIN numbered bills.
