I bought a Electronic Head Massager from the company DEEMARK on 23rd June.
Their representatives delivered the same on 23rd June at about 7pm.
On 24th June the massager cracked spontaneously while in use. There was no external injury or man handling. There was some manufacturing fault (as accepted telephonically by their company representative) causing the side of the massager to crack when the pressure inside increased for the head massage.
Since then I have been calling all their representatives

Earlier they said that their company doesn't cover breakage. They said this even without looking at the set. When I explained to them that the massager broke spontaneously due to increased pressure and the manufacturing fault they agreed to send a representative to my home as registered with them in my bill) within 24 hours.
Obviously it has been more than tha and no one has turned up. No one is ready to give me a complaint number. Everyone asks me to call the other person and no one knows who is going to come to check the massager. All they say is that someone is coming. They don't have the decency to call back nd inform the status. Highly unprofessional and CHEATING attitude.
I would like to pursue his matter further and lodge complaint not just against the company but their above mentioned officials too who have an absolutely callous attitude and are no less than Con-men sitting there to fish people into their traps and sell substandard stuff.
Kindly help in guiding me how to go about it.
