Selling above MRP

Dear Sir/Madam,

Am a residential of Bangalore KG Halli (Kadugondana Halli) All Medical Store sell the product above MRP I bought a tablet diclogices MRP mentioned 27.00 for 10 tablet I bought 6tablet he charged me 18Rs when asked why charging above MRP he said its normal.

When u ask for bill they dont provide so easily

Wht should we do in this types of cases

Pls suggest and pls take some strict actions
