Postpaid is not active

Dear sir I want to inform you I have requested to convert my prepaid connection to postpaid. The person told me that it would require only two days for the same, but that didn't happen. Today almost 10 days have passed. My connection is not activated and also when I am trying to call him up, he is not responding. He told me that there was a problem with system due to month end process.

This is not the way Airtel should provide the service.
