The conversation lasted for about 30 Minutes (Between the doctors of the clinic and Me and My Husband) Thanks for some of the insight and knowledge you shared with me. However I am not happy for the following listed below:-
* You did use some kind of a camera for a couple of seconds to explain to me some science of the hair which you apparently called a hair Analysis in your dictionary - For which you charged me Rs 250/- I think some of the malls and cosmetic clinic do better analysis free of charge.
* For my husband there was a Height, weight and BMI done which once again you called analysis - For which you charged me Rs 250/- I think some of the malls and cosmetic clinic do better analysis free of charge.
Your News Paper Advertisment stated that the services were free till the 22nd of August. Only Analysis was to be charged. However the Analysis done was worse than typing in some information in google and getting the information through. It only seemed as consultation to me.
The consultation was possibly fair. However there was a very thin line between consultation and Analysis. What you really did was basically consultation, and not analysis. And if you consider it analysis then that should have been made clear in an expressed fashion and not in an implied fashion before you did it.
I need this addressed in a fair way, or else I shall be compelled to take apporiate action against your Clinic.
I understanding I am sounding 'Rude', for which I apoligise, however I feel I am cheated... This is what is not expected for an organisation as yours.
