Wrong report of TG and no listening by customer care

Also got by blood sample checked 3 times with one week interval

First time my Triglycerides were 567, Second time 128 and Third time 235.

Upon speaking to lab incharge she says that this is normal. With a limit of TG as 150, i am surprised that lab incharge of Dr lal is givings attement that 400 % variation is normal

Upon asking that please give this in writing, she refused

-Complaint was registered on customer care on 24th August to Mr. Nasir (Complaint no CMP 2011 / 8/000752). Nasir promised that I shall get the response before end of day on 25th

-26th August again I called Suman around 12 : 30 and she promised that someone shall call me today by 4 PM

-Again called Jyoti 26th August around 0445 PM, she is surprisingly asking whether Preei shah has not called me.

o It’s surprising that I have complained against Preeti and they are saying she will call me.

o Even if this is Dr Lal standard procedure, atleast tell me when someone shall call me

-Again spoken to Manog Guring on 26th August at 5 PM and he has promised that by tomarrow 27th August, senior of Preeti shah shall call me back.
