With reference to the telephonic discussion had with Mr. Karan Singh, it is astonished that a reputed concern like yours is fooling a poor and surfering people even though it is a crystal clear fault at the end of your collecting Agent at Ghaziabad. The diseased Mr. Singh is seldom shown the prescription of Dr. Anil Verma and then collected the Blood for test. It is a mistake done by your Agent while noting.
It may be minded that the condition of the patient is going serious and if anything happens due to your peoples fault reporting, Dr. LalpathLab will be fully responsible and would have to face serious consequences. A copy of all the relevant correspondence sofar done in this matter are collected and will be submitted to the consumer court at the earliest through proper channel.
Why you telephone Dr. Anil Verma?.. The payment deposited by Mr. Karan Singh and not the Doctor concerned.
If you could not do anything in this regard (either Refund the amount thus deposited by me Rs.6200/-, so that it can be done from any other Lab or arrange a re-test of Mr. Karan Singh’s Blood with out any delay), may give us in writing per return of this mail.
An immediate and prompt action in this regard is awaited.
