I am Dr. Raj Khosala from Chandigarh have purchased a digital Video Colposcope Model Colpro 222 Dx fx OZ view from Frontline Electro Medical Ltd, 9 LSC, Surajmal Vihar Delhi-92 with the Brand Name Pro MIS at Rs.70000.00 (Rupees Seventy Thousand only) on 9th Aug. At the time of purchase Frontline person claimed that the product is from Australia and is a technically superior product. When I used the said Colposcope I found many difficulties, I enquired from reliable source and found that they people are importing the part from China and assemble in India at the above said address. I have also enquired in Australia and found that there is no such Manufacturing unit, only found an one room company with an Indian girl named Miss Nidhi Agnihotri using her name as Naydi at 30 / 11-13 Brookhollow Avenue, Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153, Australia, Phone / Fax : 61 2 8850 6918 Mobile : 61 421 415 650 .The owner of the company is Mr. Rajeev Sharma who is also the owner of Frontline Delhi. Then I got the fact that he is also owner of one more company Named Divine Meditech Pvt Ltd, Taliwal, Una Himachal Pradesh, India and Importing the good from China through this company and sell in the name of Promis Australia. I have got some bill of entry which I have enquired from Indian Custom which found correct.
In the mean time I called company person so many times for clarification but they did not turn up even for the service requirement. Now the Colposcope is laying use less.
So conclusion is that they are doing cheating and selling a technically Inferior product imported from China in the name of Australia at a very high value because the value in bill of entry is only Rs.15000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand). I am seriously thinking to take legal action against them. So please beware of this company and do not go for its product.
