Non reciept of pension

I had submitted my pension papers through my office on 8th August. My pension A/c no. is MH/1160/1054, and the same papers have come to the pension section on 12th Dec.2009.I met the concerned person on 5th Jan.2010 and again on 4th Feb. I was told that the papers have to be sent to Thane office for further processing. On enquiring at the Thane office it was brought to my notice that the papers have not been recieved from Kandivali office.

I hereby request to look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
