Not Reimbursed my post hospitalization bills from last 6 months

Post hospitalization bill which was submitted before more than 6 months has not been paid till now.

We have sent all the original bills with all the supporting original documents but still it has not been paid up nor any response came from their side.

All our original documents we have couriered, but now they are not giving any reply. whenever we ask our agent for the status, he says that they are not telling anything about it, Whether they have got or ignored all our important papers.

Very poor response they are showing...
