I started the health saver plan for me and my wife on 22/07. But when I got the policy booklet, only my name is included and the person whom I interacted told the application is submitted online and due to some reason they were unable to add my wife at that time. Also they assured me that I can add her name at the time of next renewal. And as per this I have submitted the necessary documents at 'Residency Rd., Bangalore' office on 16/07. Again on 18/01 I had a discussion with 'Asha Damodar' on 9845577766, she is telling I was supposed to add my wife first itself and now can't able to do or I need to take new policy in the name of my wife and they are telling no option to cancel and refund the money.
Even I didn't had a single claim yet. Somebody please help me to get my money back or let me know whom to contact.
