Dear Sir Subject Provident Fund No MH_ PUN_ 300862_791 not settled. This is with reference to the settlement of claim for provident fund. Bajaj allianz staffing solution (emp code BL00851) has submitted my Provident Fund settlement forms Form 19 10C and Form 13 on the feb and since then i have sent several complaints but still no revert.kindly look into the matter..
