Have'nt got the documents yet

I have bought an income guard policy worth 3567Rs from an agent of tata aig through phone on April 9th. I haven't received the policy documents yet. Registered a complaint by calling your customer care but so far no use. And they are not picking the call now a days.please check on to this and furnish me with the documents asap.
