This mail is to highlight the challenges that I have gone through while claiming
medical expenses of my mother. Myself Komal Popli holding mediclaim policy with
Instant Health Care Pvt Ltd since 2006.We have never claimed any amount since
the start & paid our premiums well on time.
We took this policy through an agent of your organization Mr. Pankaj Sikka & as
we were not satisfied with his services so my parents visited your branch last
year while our premium was due to get his name removed & we took a decision to
directly coordinate with your company however our experience has been terrible
now.
We have a Family medicalim with your company & claimed 32000 approx in the month of October as my mother was admitted in National Heart Institute in last
week of Aug & discharged in 1st week of September. Hospitalization charge
was Rs.27190 approx & including pre & post hospitalization we have sent a claim
requisition of Rs.32000 however we have received only a cheque of Rs.21984.
My case was handled my Miss. Anjali & Ms. Seema & I have called up so many times for the description & break up regarding the claim that has been approved
however no positive response. Everytime I have been told by Yogita that I will
get a call back however no call back received so far & no resolution to my
queries.
I would request you to take some action & get my mother's (Kiran Popli) file reopen & recalculate the claim request & look into my concern & clear all my
dues.
