Dear Sir/ Madam,
Three days back I purchased one of your product “ MORR F Lotion” from a medicine shop from
Paschim Midmapore, West Bengal, as per the prescription of a skin specialist under whom I am
being treated for hair loss.
I am very much surprised to say that the qty of liquid inside the bottle was half. Bottle was of
60 ml size. I am in doubts about the short receipt of this Lotion as because previously
I was using Mintop 10 (60ml bottle) and the content of liquid was full (up to the bottom of its
neck).
While questioning to the shop owner he replied that this is what your distributors are
supplying to them. I also enquired it form another near by medicine shop, same half bottle MORR F
was available with him.
Kindly conform whether this half bottle qty is Ok (having 60 ml) which coming directly from your mfg
unit or I was cheated by your local distributor.
Please conform it at the earliest. If it is not ok then replace me the bottle as it is a very costly Lotion
and I have not yet used the purchased Lotion.
