Regarding delay in registration process

Respected sir,

I am Joytosh Banerjee. I had applied for pharmacy registration under Haryana State Pharmacy Council. All my documents including domicile, intermediate and high school are from gurgaon (Haryana). But my B. Pharm. is from Mathura (UP) under GBTU (formerly UPTU, Lucknow). My form no. is 600. I applied on march 24.

Is been one month now and i have not got any kind of response or my license as yet.

I would like to know what is this delay for and any suggestion from you is welcome.
