I have taken laser hair removal treatment from kaya skin clinic at Kalaghoda center on Feb 09 for lower face, chest, abdomen, lower back and patch on thigh.
At the time of enrollment Dr. Usha Baloukar and client coordinator Merzi told me that we will give you 6 sessions and 3 sessions complimentary but your hair will go permanently in 6 secession you will not required any other sessions.
I didn't have result on lower back, patch on thigh and my face has become worst after taking laser hair removal treatment on my face i got thick, dark and long hair on my face and even acne. And kaya skin clinic has burn my skin in left area of my chest.
I am constantly reporting this issue to Dr. Usha Baloukar from 2nd session but she says you have hormones problem and due to laser heat you getting acne (but at time of taking package I have shown my hormones reports and she said there is no problem your hair will go permanently and I asked her clearly if laser harm my face skin, if it cause any acne and if you do shaving on my face for laser hair removal then if this increase my hair growth or thickness then i will not take laser hair removal treatment on my face. She told me no there will be no problem and laser does not have any side effect). And form 4th session she is telling me your hair has become fine. But the truth is that my face hair has become thick, dark and long. They have given me 10 sessions on my face, 1 time double pass and 3 time triple pass on my face. From last 3 session I didn’t have single acne but whenever I go for laser hair removal treatment for my face I get lots of acne all over my face. And now Dr. Usha Baloukar is saying that I have not told those entire things and I can’t do any thing you speak to our head.
On 18th Oct they ask me to meet their head Dr. Farida and area manager Sohail Panjwani and Dr. Farida told me as per their doctor you have result and if you want more session then you have to pay maintenance charges. She even not spoke to me completely and left the clinic without listening my issues properly because she was in hurry, though as per their date and time I came and even I told her the same but then also she left the clinic. Then Sohil Panjwani spoke to me and told me he will talk to his head and inform me in 8 days what to do further and given me appointment on 27th Oct at 12 noon for laser treatment on that day. Then I went on 27th Oct at 12 noon and they asked me to come in room for treatment and to change cloths after that Dr. Usha marked my treatment area and clicked my photos without taking my permission, before that one SP came in and said me that she was asked to click my photo, I told her I will not allow you or anybody to click my photo and I asked her to send that person who have told you to click my photo I will directly say no to that person but Dr. Usha clicked my photos without asking me. Then Sadaf (client coordinator) ask me to sign on a form but I refuse to sign any form then they (Sadaf & Sohil Panjwani) said we will not do your session if you not sign on that form. But on 18th Oct at the time of giving appointment it was not communicated to me about any form need to be sign by me. And if it is so then why Sadaf and Sohil Panjwani not informed me before taking me in room and asked me to change my cloths and marked my treatment areas by Dr. Usha and one SP. And then they did not provide me session.
My main complaints are:
1. 1. My Skin has burn by Kaya skin clinic in left area of my chest.
2. 2. I was told that my hair will go permanently after 6th sessions & will not required any other session. which are not gone even become bark, thick, long on my face.
3. 3. My face skin has become rough and has lots of acne.
4. 4. I had a new attendant till 6th or 7th session who began to administer the laser in areas that were not originally marked. As a result, now I have much hair in those areas.
5. 5. I have not been given corrective treatment.
6. 6. My payment has been accepted in full, although I was given faulty and counter-productive, harmful treatment.
7. 7. I was never informed of the possibility of the hair growing coarser due to this treatment.
8. 8. I was not monitored by doctor for each session due to this I got burn mark on my chest.
I will not pay single rupee to kaya skin clinic as i have already paid full package amount what kaya skin clinic has asked me and your employees has committed me that my hair will go permanently in 6 sessions and now they are denying it.
If anyone who is planning to undergo permanent laser hair removal at kaya skin clinic then please don't go they are totally fraud. The hair may only get thin out if you are lucky. But if you are given the wrong treatment, you could get big thick hair growth where you has small fine hair, due to the folicles getting stimulated. You will also get acne.
