HI,

I m from Agra, since last one week my father was receiving calls from kotak mahindra life insurance (Delhi) company's guy. After so many denials lastly after so much frustration he listen their insurance familiarization plan with pre condition that he will not take any policy. AT that time the staff was very sweet that Sir, pls listen the plan after that its your wish whether to join or no. we will not pressurize u. he listen the plan and as pre decided he clearly deny.

The guy which was defining the plan changed instantly.By god he became dogs & started barking at him. He felt so humiliated at that time I can't explain.

I can not expect this type to communication from a repudiated company. It was all unexpected to me from the Kotak Mahindra as they give the training to their employee to customer care. It was totally ridicules to me and definitely I will not go for any investment with Kotak in future.

As of my suggestion, company should keep on eyes on their employees’ communication to customer care and looking for an appropriate action against this employee.
